Payments:

We accept PayPal payments. We also accept Personal Checks, although orders will not be started until payment has cleared on our end. Payment must be made before your item is created, unless the item is currently in stock and ready to ship.

Here's all the info you need regarding payments, shipping, turnaround time, tax, returns & contact info

​Shipping:

​We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders within the US include delivery confirmation for easy tracking. You will be given your confirmation number once your order has shipped. If you need faster shipping, please send an email and we'll negotiate the price of the expedited shipping cost. International shipping may cost more. If so, the extra cost will be reflected in the shipping prices for each listing. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders.

Turnaround Time:

​Most of our items are custom-made, meaning they are not kept in-stock. Please check the WAITING LIST on the "Contact" tab before ordering. NOTE: Some items (such as Wipes Cases and Hair Bows) will take 3-5 days to complete, and will not be restricted to the waiting list. Each listing will have instructions as to individual turnaround time.​

Tax:

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during checkout.

Return Policy:

Custom orders are approved by the customer before shipment, and are therefore non-refundable. If you receive an item with a sizing problem, we will gladly make the same item in a different size, after receiving your return. You must return your item, paying any shipping fees, and we will ship the new item at no cost to you. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
